The last couple of times I’ve stopped in to get ice cream I’ve been very disappointed in the quality of the hard serve ice cream. It is very soft, it is basically like a soft serve ice cream. I don’t think your freezer is working properly. I would suggest that it be serviced. Also, the serving size has not been what it used to be. The ice cream both times was level with the top of the waffle cone, not rounded like it used to be. The service has not been great, both times I arrived at 7:30.The staff was very focused on their evening cleaning and didn’t notice that people had walked in or were waiting at the counter. Very disappointed, I don’t think i will be back again.

Barista was unfriendly and the drinks were watered down. worst Madagascar I have ever had there…. and it was expensive…. and it was a large one. I ordered a peach tea iced…. that was so watered down… no flavor at all. will not go there again.

Kennedy L and her coffee associates are single handedly the rudest and most arrogant people I’ve met in the service industry. Deliverys beware, they will try to take advantage of you and make you do things you are not paid for and then tell you that you are a bad person for not doing it! Kennedy L specifically will also tell you how to do your job and project her negativity onto you. Miserable people and miserable kids that fo not have work ethic.

See’nz how I actually patronized Happy Joe’s pizza, I couldn’t say how Gloria Jean’s was. On the other hand now, the HJ’s pizza was really good and more than I expected. The crust, cheese and fix’ns we’re super buttery, cheesy and just the right portions. And lest I forget – the price was right on. Overall, an epicurian delight- in a manner & degree.
