I placed an order at 5:30, and was told it would take 30-45 minutes. I called at 6:45 to ask about my order, and they told me 10 more minutes. I tried calling back at 7:15 to cancel my order but they didn’t pick up after 10 attempts. The food was of poor quality, and for the most part room temperature, cold, or otherwise soggy. The pizza was paper thin, they somehow managed to burn half the pie and undercook the other half. Both their grilled chicken and their wings were totally unseasoned. The six cheese pizza was advertised to come with white sauce, but we certainly couldn’t taste it if it was there. We didn’t even want to finish the food. I work at a pizza place of rather inadequate quality and their service and food made me feel like I work at a 5 star Italian restaurant.

Ordered food online said it would be delivered in 45 mins it has been 2 AND A HALF HOURS and the food is still on the way for a company that sells pizza nothing special you would think they would want to at least deliver on time….NEVER AGAIN

I have ordered here 3 times because they make a pretty decent calzone, but every time I ask for “NO OLIVES” and every time I get OLIVES. I tried to order this evening on their app. After I submitted it the money was charged to my card instantly, but the order never transmitted to the restaurant. I got an email informing me that the transmission failed and to call the restaurant. I did and was told to “just cancel the order”. When I said that I really wanted what I ordered, I was told “there’s nothing I can do for you”. Extremely rude!!! I will NEVER order from them again. Anyone know where I can get a good calzone?

Don’t ever order food from here. You paid for shrimp pasta, and they send you vegetables pasta, you called the restaurant to let them know , and they pretend to act like they care asking you to waited a few min to return your call to check the order which 1 hr later no one has an answer. This food has no taste.
