Staying at the Lake Shawnee Campground, so called in for pizza delivery. First they don’t tell you they charge $6.50 for delivery and half the money goes to the driver supposedly. So then they ask you if you want to add a tip for the driver so of course we did. The service was very fast. In fact the crust was like it was only half baked. I gave it a 3 star on taste only because the toppings were good. The crust had zero taste and not done, it was supposed to be a thin crust. I feel the person taking the order should state the fact there’s a delivery fee and for what amount. So that’s why a 3 on service. Also got no receipt from the driver. So all told the cost of this 14″ pizza was $37.92 not worth the price in my opinion.

A must visit when we go to Topeka. And now I’ve learned there is one in the Kansas City area, so we’ll be checking that out too. Always friendly staff, helpful. Great pizza. Everything I’ve ordered has been really good. They have a cauliflower crust but I decided I didn’t want to pay $4 extra for that so happily went with their regular house crust. My sister got a salad there when we visited yesterday and it looked very good too. I think that’s a must try as well. Highly recommend.

I took a take out tonight at Glory Days for $35.18. We ordered a pizza and 2 salads. When I got my pizza the employee had to tell me they charge $ .08 + tax for the old cheep crappie plates. I told her I would be glad to pay a dollar more for my pizza so they didn’t have to inconvenience the customer for $.44 more cents LOL. I saw that the salads were big so I asked for extra 2 extra dressing. They wanted to charge another $1.66 how funny. Try to save your business and charge more for your pizza. Salad had very thick onions on it and pizza was just OK. Not a good experience for us. We use to like your pizza.

Caprese pizza had maybe 2 diced pieces of tomato and 1 quarter inch square slice of basil per slice for about $25. Had it remade, as my other pizza sat in the warming oven. The remake still looked NOTHING like the menu image. Had a couple of partial slices of tomatoes and a leaf on most of the slices. Never saw the manager, they let the front staff tell me they’d remake it. I don’t even know if the manager bothered to look at the returned pizza, sure didn’t make any effort to communicate with me. I had Talked friends into ordering from them, won’t ever order from them again. Friends didn’t want to get pizza there because the last 3 times of getting their pizza, they were made wrong. Hard to believe others haven’t had issues since this was 4 times in a row with sub-par pizzas. My fault for trying to believe it would be better this time. Picture of remake. This has color at least, the first one was basically all white with brown drizzles.

Recently had to change my rating due to the sloppy and unprofessional work from the cooks to the delivery driver apparently standing the pizzas on end. The last couple of orders, one a pick up from Lake Shawnee and a delivery from the Wanamaker location were of the lowest quality that I’ve ever gotten from any Glory Days.
