I like the store but my friend was behind someone at the food counter and they served them but didn’t come help my friend. It’s like they just were to busy to help. We were only ones in the business n there were 2 people standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. I won’t even stop at that Go Bears again. I might stop at the one across the street like I usually do, maybe!

Go-Bears is conveniently located right off of I-49 at the Sunset/Grand Coteau exit. There’s a convenience store with your average goods available for purchase as well as a small counter with boudin balls, chicken strips, and other fare. They have a few souvenir items as well. They have fresh ground coffee and other refreshments as well. Located in the store is a sit down restaurant with po-boys, fried fish, and more. It’s delicious. There’s also a casino and a trucker area. Prices seem to be a bit above average when compared to other convenience stores.

This location has nice, clean handicap accessible amenities and a full service restaurant as well as a casino on site. The bathrooms are clean and spacious as well as the store. They have everything from snacks to gifts. If you are passing through and need a quick bite to eat in a clean and friendly environment then you will not be disappointed, I wasn’t. Clean facility, good prices, great staff. I very highly recommend.

I found myself in the weird and awkward position of having to pay with rolls of quarters, and even though I immediately apologized for the inconvenience of paying with coins and waited till no one in line, so if she needed to count it there would be no line hold-up, the employee was openly rude and even said “Jesus, Christ” not-so-under her breath. I’ve been in customer service and, well, a member of the human race long enough to know how to interact with others and found this to put a bad taste in my mouth for this location. As a first time customer & this being my first impression, it will be hard to feel positive about this store.

Didn’t experience the eatery. Just the store. Looked nicer and is bigger than the one across the street. Beef jerky tasted like a dried but tender bbq roast.
