I had the pleasure of meeting Tyce today. Her laughter and joy was infectious. Explained everything on the menu. The music was heavenly. Reminded me of my vacations to Jamaica. Everything looked great but I decided on oxtail, rice and peas, a beef patty and a slice of pineapple upside down cake. The oxtail and rice was very good I just wish it had more spice but I understand that the food has to be edible for everyone. I myself think the spicier the better. The patty was standard. Pineapple upside down cake is my favorite dessert, however this cake was not the traditional. It was more firm like cornbread, not so sweet. I wanted to enjoy it but I didn’t. Pretty pricey too 43 dollars. I would definitely eat here again, overall it was pretty good.

I don’t think I can possibly say enough about this rare culinary gem!! We drove right by it and almost didn’t see it. So glad we turned around! I cannot resist a good authentic beef patty. So I ordered one with melt in your mouth plantains and the most delicious dessert bread that was crusty and doughy and oh so good and let me add that I don’t even like bread!! Sad it turns out the need pay was so good I wondered what all the others tasted like so we ordered one of each to go

Fantastic Caribbean BBQ! The owner, Tyce, was fantastic. A delight to chat with and her cooking is delicious. We will definitely go back. No dining inside, but outside seating in summer.

Delicious! I was undecided what to order and Tyce put together an oxtail and curried goat dinner combo and it did not disappoint. Well cooked, full of flavor and a large portion! Will definitely be going back soon.

Honestly I’m disappointed…. once again.. I tried this spot last year and was shocked that the flavor was not original (hence) I am caribbean so I know what to look for.. this time around was even worst.. my bf got a beef patty with cheese n there was absolutely no filling in the patty… it was dry and hard.. I got the oxtail! Was not up to part AT ALL, rice n peas was a disaster … I’m very disappointed n HONESTLY will not be going back EVER! #I guess its good for biddeford/saco community.. since they know no better… this is very Sad!!

Once you try this place for yourself, you’ll be hooked. I will be back as often as I can. The flavors are incredible and the food is so satisfying. We tried the oxtail and jerk chicken for our first time getting take out. Tyce is so lovely and you can tell how much care and effort she puts into her food. The plantains are delicious and such a compliment to the spicy meat (not very hot spicy, just well flavored). I can’t wait to try more and am so excited to have such an authentic and delicious Jamaican restaurant so close.
