If it wasn’t for the saltiest fried pickles we’ve ever seen (we couldn’t even finish them), I would bump up the rating on their food. Some of the other fried foods were quite salty, too, but edible. If I went back, I’d probably just get a burger.

Goat Island Restaurant is a really fun for every age. The food,lake front view and service is fantastic! The owners are great people and can’t beat the prices either. Catfish and Goat Island sandwiches are the best. Go every chance we get.

I have eaten here and it’s been great, came back and the steaks were terrible, tonight we decided to give it another go and I was not at all happy with this place! They had no catfish, no chicken at all, no baked potatoes oh wait I had to tell the server the people behind me had a bake potato! Did I tell you we got there at 6:15. And got are food at 7:30
