From the time we called in for the pizza we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes. Our pizza was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes. After we had been waiting over an hour the staff told us they had boxed it up but couldn’t find it. No apology was made, no compensation for the huge delay. The pizza was not very good. Never saw a manager to complain. Won’t be going back

We were very pleased with our dine in experience very clean restaurant, great customer service ,food brought to us in a timely fashion..only thing I was disappointed about was the $4.99 salad ..it was 2 big chunks of bell pepper and 2 big chunks of tomatoes on top lettuce that was turning brown on the edges …but I still ate it!!! pizza delicious and dessert delicious..keep up the hard work Godfather’s Pizza

Deep dish pizza lovers – this is your place. This pizza is dense, bready, cheesy, and saucy. My party of 8 dined inside and received good service that was fast and above and beyond. The inside of the restaurant has a lot of seating and you can refill your own drinks. It is also pretty dark in here as you can see from the pictures.

I would put zero. I put order in 2 hours ago to be delivered at 7 food still sitting there waiting for door dash said give them 15 min. They say it a threat no not at all meaning you need to comp. Then they cancel order

Put in an order at 5:45 for a scheduled delivery at 7:30. 7:45 rolls around with no contact, call the store and they state that it is in a vehicle on its way, 8:00 comes by, still nothing, call again and they say it just now got picked up by door dash! So the first person lied! Pizza finally gets here AFTER 8:15, almost an hour after scheduled delivery, cold. I would not have ordered through godfathers if I knew it would be doordash to begin with, but that’s not the employees fault. But I also do not appreciate being lied to, and that was their fault.

Worst place ever!!!!! Do not eat at this location. Night shift has young teenagers who do not take their job seriously. No person should wait for over an hour for a pizza with no one in restaurant. New young kid as night shift manager needs to take control and run restaurant like a manager. Poor experience. Do not recommend.

A co-worker and I stopped to eat in the dining room today at 11:15am and was immediately greeted with it would be at least 45 min before anyone could help us. The lady at the counter said that they were very busy in the back and would have to take care of that first. When we pulled in at 11:15 there were no cars in the parking lot and no customers inside the store. Obviously, Godfathers has enough online and phone orders that walk-in customers are not welcome.

25% online Wednesday web discount isn’t reflected on your bill unless you call or visit the store before you pay. Also, I placed a future order & picked it up on time, but my pizzas were stale & obviously made a couple hours prior. I ate them immediately after pickup. I should have sent them back.

Went to a bday party pizza took an hour and a half to get to the party room when it was set for a specific time frame. The drinks were not included in the party package, and they wanted $1.99 per kid. Gave salad bowls then after the fact said $7.99 per salad bowl used. Would not recommend for children’s party…
