A customer of mine gave my son and I a $30 gift card to Godfather’s Pizza for some work we did for them. Came here because it was the closest location to home. Needless to say I left with nothing because this Godfather’s Pizza didn’t take Godfather’s Pizza gift cards. In all my years of eating out I have never run into a chain location not taking its own gift card. I have nothing more to say on this except I do not hold this against the Godfather’s Pizza name, just the location itself.

I ordered food to go about an hour before closing. The food took longer than expected, and although I wasn’t in anyway upset by the delay, the associate gave us a free order of cheese bread for the wait! The food was fresh and delicious!

10/23/21: We have been customers of Godfathers for many years. That may end after tonight. We ordered 2 pizzas online for pickup. I looked on the site for a coupon code, but it wouldn’t accept it on the order. I added a note to please apply the coupon. When I went to pick up the pizza, I mentioned that I’d been unable to use the coupon code online. I was told they saw my note, but they weren’t able to adjust the amount I was charged. I asked if they could give us a cookie in place of the discount. The young man at the counter went to ask his manger. He returned saying he was told they couldn’t do that. I then asked to speak to the manager. Again he went off to relay the message. He came back and told me she said she was too busy to talk to me. Before leaving, I asked the young men at the front counter for the name of their manager. “Cali”, they said. When I asked for her last name, I was told they didn’t know. I asked them to go ask her for her last name. Cali again told them she was too busy. Too busy to give me her last name. Too busy to speak to a paying customer. Well I’m not too busy to report this to you. And I’m not too busy to report this on Google and Nextdoor and Yelp and TripAdvisor and Facebook… If the managers of your stores don’t care about customer service, then Godfather’s doesn’t care about customer service. We’ll support companies and stores that do.

We ordered a pizza and bread sticks at 4:42 on the phone to be delivered. I was told that it would be here in an hour. The pizza and bread sticks finally came at 6:20. We were notified in about 1.5 hours that the delivery would be later. When we got the pizza the crust was burnt on the bottom and some on the crust. The pizza was not very tasty to say the least. Bread sticks were also. The delivery driver was polite and apologized for the lateness but the pizza was unacceptable. Not money well spent.

I’ve eaten Godfathers for a long time and this place is consistently one of the best. They’ve never gotten my order wrong and the pizzas have always been cooked right with a good amount of toppings. My only complaint is sometimes the breadsticks are a little over cooked.

I placed my order at 5:35 pm tonight. It is New Year’s Eve so I naturally expected to wait a little longer than normal. I then received a confirmation email saying my estimated arrival time was 6:50 pm. Ok. That’s fine. 7:00 pm rolled around and my order had not been delivered yet. I called in and was told they were just starting to make my order and would have it me soon. Ok. Cool. 7:45 came and still no delivery. I called again and was told the deliveries just left the store and I should have my order soon. I knew there would be a wait, but it is now 8 pm and we are all hangry. I really hope this pizza is worth the wait because I am beyond frustrated with how long this has taken.
