Placed online order at 530. Estimated delivery time was one hour. I called a little before 7 and inquired the status. They said it left about 5 minutes ago and driver had other deliveries too. The pizza arrived at 725. It was room temperature. Attached are pictures within 5 minutes of delivery. Box was soaked with grease. The pizza they delivered reminded me of eating pizza some time after the first piece.

Inside is as about as cheerful as a morgue. I suggest you go with pickup or delivery. Don’t get me wrong the staff are always nice and helpful. It’s just not an inviting place to hang out.

The employees were great the food was great but. The entire placed smelt like cat urin coming through the ac duct. I thought while i was waiting shall i cancell my order but i stuck it out. Obviously the employees have to smell this. Not good for a food establishment

I came in here for a small pepperoni pizza. They charge you almost $20 for a tiny pizza. I gave them my name “Kenzie”, but they referred me as a different name instead. The wait was terrible; took nearly an hour and everybody that placed their orders after me got their pizza while I was still waiting.

To start today is my 52nd birthday. I have been craving Godfathers Combo and Taco pizza’s for so long, but I’m in a Bermuda triangle of no delivery in between all the stores. So I ordered and picked my pizzas up on the way home from work. I was greeted by Toe. He was friendly, attentive and very engaging. Also talked with Ray about the upgrades underway to the restaurant. Again very friendly. When I got home the pizza’s were hot and we’re absolutely delicious! Definitely happy I chose them for my birthday dinner tonight. I was so looking forward to having my favorite two pizzas and they did not disappoint! Would % recommend them! Best Combo and Taco pizzas hands down!

I really enjoy getting my pizza at the Saddlecreek location. I ordered it on my Godfather’s App. And it’s made the way I like it. My pizza was so delicious! I called back. I told them to keep doing a excellent job! A couple sat in there and ate. They also complimented them on good tasting pizza. I don’t worry about the price. It’s my treat to me for working two jobs at 63 years of age!

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks from here; after an hour and half we called to check on the order we did not receive and were told it had been handed off to Door Dash for delivery. We never received the order and at this time have not seen the money deposited back into our account. If you order from here; make sure you have cash.

I am very big on customer service. I only come to SaddleCreek and Aksarben Godfathers locations. I had an issues on a couple of occasions with my order and the Manger TOE took very good care of me with no questions asked both times. TOE has supperb managerial professional customer service. Very good asset TOE. Much appreciated.

I placed an order for a mini pizza with pepperoni, beef, ham, black olives and onion. I’m guessing someone forgot to add the black olives, because the attached photo is what I received. Next time, I guess I need to look at it before I leave the store, instead of waiting until I get home. Godfather’s cost too much for this type of f*ckery. Smdh
