Godfathers is my #1 spot for pizza mainly because I grew up eating there. Pizza is on the higher end as far as price. I’m sure there are other places with better pizza. But since I don’t eat pork, single topping beef works for me. If you call in this location, ask about their daily specials because they are not advertised online.

After a disappointing stop at another Godfather’s location I ended up here. The store manager met me at the counter, I told him I had a $30 gift card to use, he was pleased to take it, helped me decide what to get, apologized for the last location and also apologized for the amount of time it would take to get my food due to 2 employees quitting just prior to my arrival, also for a $500 order that had just come in. I told him I understood and waited. My food came hot and was very delicious to say the least. I have no qualms about food taking a long time to get as long as I am told up front the truth. This manager deserves a raise and praise for his extra effort in great customer service and patience for his employees.

The third time ordering from them. The last two times cheesesticks were horrific. Dried up and burnt. They put pork on my pizza to divide it. I don’t eat pork and I never asked for it. Terrible experience, if you complain they treat you worst. Will not recommend ZERO stars

Ordered delivery pizza and dessert pizza at 5:19 PM and estimated delivery was 6:04 PM. As usual, this place is terrible at delivery service. My dinner arrived exactly 30 minutes late at 6:34 PM and it was no residual heat coming from the box. The delivery was a girl driving a very old and dented car and her boyfriend came to the door with my 2 boxes. The pizzas were not in a thermal bag.

Very expensive, and customer service wasn’t that great had to wait a couple times at the counter. and other customers that came in had asked me had I been helped I told them no. They were back in the kitchen jacking around. They need to work on checking the front to help the customers, I waited at least 5 minutes before they even came out,but the food was delicious my grandkids really enjoyed the pepperoni pizza will definitely come back , hope to have better customer service next visit.

Had very burnt pizzas delivered, returned to store. I had a house full of people waiting for dinner, I called ahead to start remaking my order. That didn’t happen. When I got there, nobody at the counter and phone ringing off the hook. Several people with complaints and wrong orders being returned. Nobody knew how to give a refund so I said remake the pizzas. Nothing but doughy disgusting pizzas. Not a single person apologized, they laughed and said “I didn’t make the pizzas”. An hour later DoorDash shows up at my house with somebody else’s order with my address. Awful experience and will be trying out new pizza places as my family, who loves godfathers, will never be back. I guarantee it!

Today at 11.00am, I attempted to place my G.Father’s pizza order online 3 times, but their system would not process my order each time. I then called the 108th Maple location and explained my frustration to the rep. and exactly what I was seeing online. She asked me if I wanted order through her or online…what..??
