Walked up to register, guy with hat looks at me & walks off. Waited there 10mins to order, he finally comes back. I give my order & he gives me a blank stare. Guy from Chester’s walks over & said yes we can do that. I’m still looking at guy & he is looking at me up & down, not putting my order into the register or anything. Not sure if my skin color had anything to do with it, I looked at Chester’s guy & said forget it. As I’m walking away I can hear Chester’s employee say, you need to stop doing that, with that comment I’m guessing so & I’m not the first, went to management & you can tell, from his expression he wasn’t going to do anything, The look he gave me was about the same look I got from Godfathers employee, wonder if they aren’t related some how! First & last time ordering food from this godfathers pizza!

Don’t bother, you will be better off getting a box pizza from the grocery store. I was crazy enough to try it 3 times on 3 different occasions and all 3 were a disappointment. Pizza was half cook, lukewarm, the vegetables tasted like they had been in the freezer to long. I’m sorry, I don’t like giving bad reviews but, the manager’s response was, “haven’t nobody else complained.”

I’ve been here twice and both time received terrible service. The first time I placed an order online for my daughter’s birthday. Drove all the way from Tuscaloosa and the lady told me the order wasn’t ready. She claimed that since I had placed the order that morning it was the last shift’s problem. I took about an hour of me waiting int he parking lot before I can get one made.

I do not know what the deal is with this location. You can call and place an order and they are not going to have it ready when you get there and they never have and I live 25 miles away. They claim the online ordering does not work. Really lazy employees i think is the issue. The pizza is always good though.
