Staff is super friendly and they have lemon infused water in the lobby while you wait for your order. I usually don’t bother with the details on these food places but this place has gone way downhill unfortunately. This is the second time in one week that I’ve ordered and had an issue with their black bean quesadilla being delivered cold with no cheese to hold it together. The couple of pieces I bothered to eat, I had to pick up and hold it like a pizza slice when I ate it to make sure I stopped as much of the insides from falling out of it all at once smh. I used to order it all the time about a year ago and it was well put together, and nice and hot, just as a quesadilla should be. Something is definitely going wrong with the running of this place these days. I also ordered the tuna panini which was supposed to be toasted but instead it was made on two dry, hard pieces of bread that the ingredients kept falling out of. Just an overall waste of an order really. Luckily Doordash refunded me because I was livid about the lack of quality with this order and I let them slide on the last quesadilla order. They didn’t even bother wrapping the quesadilla properly with the foil either time; they just slapped it over the top smh…Bottom line, I’m done giving this place chances.

Placed an order for 3 day cleanse. Was given no info or instructions on how to do. On top of that, most of the juices I received were expired! Called store more than 8 times and couldn’t get anyone to answer. Also emailed their corporate office and no response. $170 wasted down the drain. Bad service. Will never return.

I chose the Asian rice/salad bowl and added chicken, to go. That came to just over $12. The chicken is super dry. It looks like the microwavable bagged ‘grilled’ chicken from the super market but reheated 4 times. It’s so dry you can see the lack of moisture and tenderness. The brown rice tastes old. The dressing is spicier than your grandpa’s best hot sauce. I put 1/4 of it on the salad and my mouth is on fire. Good thing, now I can’t taste the dry chicken. The flavors in this rice bowl don’t match or flow together. We waited months for this place to open. Hopefully they step it up. Will try again in a few months.

I ordered through Uber eats and felt ripped off by this place. The wrap had two teaspoons of chicken and about 5 individual chickpeas for 16 bucks. My wife’s bowl order was all rice. And to add, we ordered to eat on the beach but there were no utensils when even though I requested it. The only positive was the smoothie which tasted well and was sealed.
