This establishment is rated as a 5 star Hotel and Restaurant. In my honest opinion I have never stayed in a establishment that charges for what they called a Complimentary Continental breakfast and coffee at the casino, making you have to leave & walk to the Casino through 6 inches of snow. I’m very dissatisfied & disappointed on this whole Holiday stay at the Cities of Gold, Santa Fe New Mexico.
