This was our first experience eating here. Was very busy on a Sunday evening but they seem to be able to seat and serve large crowds of hungry patrons. In all honesty the Summer Squash pizza we ordered was very bland and we didn’t really enjoy it. Staff was fast and friendly and we had not problem finding seating. It’s a bit odd because you order from the front and then seat yourself with a number to set on the table. We will be returning but definitely don’t recommend the Summer Squash pizza, thankfully good drinks helped us wash down the pizza that we ate. The Heirloom Tomato Salad was spectacular.

Ordered the margherita pizza and the farm green salad. The pizza was absolutely fantastic and very authentic to Neapolitan style. Thin crust, slightly runny sauce, flavorful mozzarella, and fresh basil. I lived in Naples, Italy for two years and it was hard to believe we found something this close to the pizzerias I frequented during my time there. The salad tasted very fresh like they just harvested the herbs and produce from a garden out back. If you’re a pizza lover – especially of Neapolitan style – this is an absolute must while visiting Joseph, Oregon.

It was fine. The sauce, cheese, and crust had very mild flavors. The ingredients were fairly fresh. The salad was a bit slimy. Roughly 25% of the pizza crust was burnt on the bottom.
