I typically give chain restaurants three stars unless it was something extraordinary or the food was very well done at Cetera. The service from the young lady and the average age lady was very good they were very fast. Is my first time having chili on top of spaghetti but I thought it was a good combination. It tasted a little bit like curry but was still very good I had a three way.
