Idk if the staff is new or what. I ordered a 3 way and two cheese coney. Asked for no onions on both. One had EXTRA onions, both were so soggy with chili sauce I couldn’t even eat it. Also just found out my bag doesn’t have any cheese for my 3 way. Nor did my bag have oyster Crackers, a fork or a napkin. The girl at the window just stared at me blankly and barely said a word. I’m really disappointed and probably won’t be going back because this seems to be a continuous thing. My order came to like 16 bucks. I paid with 25 and told them to keep the change, so even tipping more than 50% doesn’t seem to change the quality of service.

Really wanted to just say that when I came to this restaurant to dine in yesterday, I’ve never had such great service, and I was by this young lady I don’t really remember her name. I just now that it started with a L but that is what I’m talking about. We need more people like her working when you have people like that serving and taking really good care of customers I’ll be coming here a lot more. It’s a shame the other ones don’t have a employee like this one. Great job Goldstar in Middletown on hiring a wonderful person Like her

The girl with the tattoos on her face ran circles around the other employees. I told her I could tell she was the manager and she said she wasn’t, which was shocking. Everyone stood around while she did drive thru cleaned tables served us and made some food. That girl is a hard worker.

I will not eat at this Goldstar again! The buns were not steamed and they were stale on top of that! The hot dogs were dry and tough on the outside as if they had sat around all day. The cheese was dry and crumbly. There were little to no onions on any of my Coney’s. There was so much mustard that I could hardly taste the chili. I’m guessing it was most likely done to cover up the taste of the hot dogs! The mountain dew was okay! I’m going back to the Goldstar on S. Main St. where I know my food will be fresh!
