i ordered about $60 in food, TODAY. i had to repeat my order about 7 times to the man taking my order over the speaker. i then, get to the window, and he hands me all of my food & forgot my 3 drinks. i had to give him my receipt for him to even know what size drinks i got & what drinks. i then, had to sit at the window for another 10 minutes waiting for my 3 drinks while i could see the entire staff getting yelled at by what i’m assuming is the manager/shiftlead on duty. i get home to then realize none of my conies, or 4-ways have onion, or cheese. i then called the store, 4 times & NOBODY answered the phone. they were not busy. AT ALL. i was the ONLY car in line. i genuinely am just so disappointed & won’t be taking my business back.
