Never had a bad meal here. Have had take out and dined in. Service is usually good. Every now and then while dining in, we’ve witnessed the staff at each others throats, screaming and carrying on. Hopefully they’ve taken care of that problem.

Waited for 15 minutes. No drinks no order taken. Then a family walks in waaayyy after us – we look over and they have drinks and getting their order taken. It would be understandable if they were busy – but they were NOT busy. Poor management and awareness of customers. We walked out and will spend our money elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst experience at Gold Star ever. The service was extremely slow. The staff was loud and obnoxious they played their own music at the work stations that was cussing. They were singing loudly. Just a very unprofessional group of people that really shouldn’t be in the service industry. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. What happened to the old staff of they years before?

First time here to this particular location and chain of restaurant always wanted to try there chili out staff was extremely friendly and helpful and attentive and telling us what things we should try out. I had the chili cheese fries which was the also placed a to-go order for super size chili mac three-way and a chili dog too my surprise the chili dog was out of this world the combination of everything coming together harmoniously was a game changer highly the chili dog and this restaurant establishment definitely will be coming back.

It’s 10:00pm on a Saturday. Hours say they close at 11pm. The doors are locked with 3 employees inside. Our family of 5 was willing to spend money in this establishment.The hours need updated to the correct hours. Thank you.
