Our appetizer never arrived, we were informed later that it had been brought to the wrong table. Had the “bueno burger” and the “chicken supreme” at the recommendation of our server, after being informed that the daily special was 86’d. Both were stunningly mediocre and not as we ordered. The strawberry shake was good and earned a star. The server was friendly.

I went there today for corned beef and cabbage since it’s St Patty’s Day, and I got it to go. It smelled great while driving home, and the piece of corned beef I snuck on the way was great. However, when I got home, the cabbage was not cooked. It wasn’t completely raw, but it was still very crunchy, still greenish and not at all like it should be for corned beef and cabbage. I called because I was very disappointed, especially since I have corned beef once a year. However, the manager, whose name is Bob, was rude and had the attitude like he didn’t care and that it wasn’t his problem. Asked me if I was sure it was crunchy and just had a general condescending attitude. I only discovered this restaurant today and thought they looked like a great place to eat at another time. But Im not impressed at all. The bartender who cashed me out was nice, however.

Witnessed servers gossiping negatively about customers…. Would not recommend.. also hoping to hear this Jason guy has been fired as no one wants to be around someone who is so openly disrespectful to customers.

I’m a full time working masters student almost 30 years old I and was refused service for having a suspected fake ID when it is in fact REAL. The girls next to us said they weren’t asked for their ID’s. Jason was the person who refused to serve us when we are of age. So if there’s another reason please respond to this review. Next time we can bring our passports and then see if we are treated with a little decency. My friend and I both left in tears because we felt so disrespected and discriminated against.

I never leave bad reviews but today I had to. My aunt and her granddaughter ordered a strawberry malt because the granddaughter said she wanted it not understanding that she would not like it. So it came and the granddaughter said she didn’t like strawberry so we said can we send it back and make us a vanilla shake instead; they said ok. When the bill came we were charged for the malt as well as the shake so i asked the waiter if she could remove it she said let me get the manager. He came and said well the malt wasn’t made incorrectly so you have to pay for it . That’s fine, but why take the malt away then from us? I could have drank it. He was rude and condescending I don’t understand why he was that way. He made it worse than it was. I won’t be going back for awhile and I think people should be aware that he is mean.
