This is our first time trying Golden Bowl. The wonton soup is delicious!! It has an unexpected umami that is tangy, warm, & salty, but not overly heated. It had a comforting, familiar taste too, though. The beef sticks were absolutely delicious and tender! 10/10 Would do it again!

Ordered on their website which offered delivery and paid a tip for delivery. Food never arrived. When we called we spoke to the Manager who was very rude said no delivery only pick up and screamed GrubHub at me and hung up. Then he called back and told me to pick up our food. We picked up food after it sat there for an hour while we waited for delivery not realizing it was not going to be delivered. By the time we figured out we had to pick up our food it was soggy and cold. We will never order from there again. Horrible experience. Totally wasted money and a night with no dinner.

The food has really gone downhill! No flavor at all even when we asked for extra spicy. The quality of the food definitely needs to improve due to the price increase on everything.The general Tao’s chicken is all breading and no chicken plus overcooked! What use to be a nice and clean restaurant has become a blocked off filthy storage area. The place looks dirty inside, last time ordering from them.

The food is actually very good! Some of the best dumplings and sesame chicken for sure. Bourbon chicken is great if you want something that is not breaded but also has that a sweet/tangy tasting sauce. Yes, there has been the occasional hiccup with ordering and wait times.
