Service was absolutely great and fast! And now for the review of what you came here for. The food. We ordered 2 four piece chicken tenders and spent 21 dollars! I didn’t mind the price but from all of the good things I’ve heard I’m so dissatisfied. The chicken was not even close to being fresh. Absolutely no flavor. I ordered the spicy and it was still original. Fries were smashed and of course, cold. My fiancé saved the best for last. The Mac and cheese. But upon opening the lid we see a silver speckle. No clue what it is but definitely not interested in giving it another shot. Great looking food spot and very inviting. Until you eat unfortunately.

I like their food but both times I’ve gone, since they’ve opened. I’ve had to go back. They forgot my drink 1 trip. Then, they didn’t give me the gravy or the rolls the last time I went. I definitely recommend you check for all of your food/order before you leave.

Overall satisfied with this location. First time visiting. Food taste to me was above Chicken Express. Chicken wasn’t greasy and the battered fries were good. Price is decent, and sweet tea in my opinion is better than Chicken Express as well. They also have an ice cream despenser for customers, but unfortunately it was on the fritz.

Our office has ordered from them around 4 times already and I have also went here with my family several times. We love the food and the service is always great. They are usually quick and very nice. It’s the nicest Golden Chick I have been to, it’s always clean. I will definitely continue to go back. The Za-Zing dipping sauce is so good and I love their chicken salad sandwiches. I also prefer their chicken sandwiches over Chik-fil-a sandwiches or any other chicken places in town. The only con I have is, they didn’t think about the drive thru line when building the place, when you are inside and ready to leave and the drive through is full you can’t leave due to the drive thru line being backed up behind your vehicle. I had to wait 15 minutes to leave one day. Next time I go in to order or dine-in, I will park on the south side to avoid this.

Chicken price is fairly overpriced for chicken that was gas station quality. Actually, the circle k in Mississippi has better chicken. Ardmore seems to not be able to compare to normal chain standards at any location or franchise.

This place is absolutely pitiful. First trip there I went in to order and all I could hear is a lady talking extremely awful to employees. Name tag read “HOPE” I was shocked. I thought to myself I could not work in such an uncomfortable environment but the food was great. So I returned a second time just to listen to a set of twin females argue over random life so loudly the entire lobby heard I did hear another team member I am assuming was a manager politely asked the girls to calm down they fully disrespected her. then one of them walked over and started snacking on food off the line. No gloves no hand washing just picked up some and stuck in her mouth more then once. At that point I didn’t even order I just turned and walked out. The disrespect in this place is uncanny. Hopefully corporate will step up and do something or the employees there now are going to destroy that place and it literally just opened.
