If you want to wait in line for 30 minutes to an hour to get your food even when it’s not busy at all, get less chicken than you actually order (ordered a 4 piece tender meal but only got tiny pieces which would be 2-3 pieces for appropriate sized tenders), and get mashed potatoes that taste and look just like the instant potatoes that you get in a box from Walmart (had to add my own salt just to tolerate the taste), then this is the place for you!! This was supposed to be a shared meal for my son and I but it just wasn’t enough, mainly due to the sizing of the tenders. So disappointed!! No wonder I never come here anymore. Definitely not worth the $11 I spent, in my opinion. Also, I had substituted my drink for an extra side of okra but they still only gave one dipping sauce for the whole meal which isn’t enough. My really small hands for size reference.

i’ve finally been given a reason to no longer eat here. i love golden chick every once and a while. it always upset me when my order was incorrect but i love the chicken so i let that slide. this happened often which was frustrating but nonetheless i kept going back. today i got my order and opened my mac n cheese only to find mold (: i saw something black inside the bright yellow cheese. pulled it out and yep there it was. tasty piece of mold. i’m disgusted.

I am absolute HORRIFIED by the service I received tonight. We spent $53 dollars tonight just to receive SPOILED MASH POTATOES & GRAVY on ALL of our meals! THEY WERE LITERALLY SOUR! I tried to call & nobody answered the phone multiple times! I will be back up there tomorrow & I expect a refund! I have all the mash potato bowls with me! We will never be back

Update: A manager called back and explained what happened. 1 point she explained made sense. The other points did not and it sounds like her workers lied to her. However, she was very professional and apologetic. Her customer service was excellent.

Don’t go to this place late. You’ll be disappointed. Golden Chick is one of my favorite places and it usually don’t matter what time of the day or the night. I’m a fat boy and I can eat a whole flock of chickens but I went here late and it was not very good and the service was worse. I’m going to try him again one of these days pretty soon and if they changed my mind I’ll update this.

Sat in the drive through for 47 minutes waiting on a order. I was ignored through the entiretime and one of thw staff couldnt walk straight he was so impaired. I dont know who runs this store but its a joke. After seeing other reviews of moldy food. I have taken personal action to call COORPRATE and report them. Stillwater doesnt need this trash
