Just ordered and we usually order from this Golden Chick because we usually like the food better than the other one close to us.. today was completely opposite. Spent $45 on extremely thin dry chicken (my daughter laughed and said it was like chicken jerky because we couldn’t even chew it. Threw all but 3 of our 20 piece chicken tenders meal away). And let’s talk about the gravy… extremely watered down and absolutely no flavor. Very disappointing.

I have given this location two too many chances. Today, I was craving golden chick- Bad decision!!! Not only was the chicken stale but old to the taste then it got worse- I found two long black hair wrapped around the chicken. It was wrapped around. So disappointing that you would serve old, stale and with hair cooked inside the chicken. If I could give this location zero stars I would. The manager is also mean and will not drop fresh chicken even when you speak nicely when you bring any issue to his attention. DO NOT EAT HERE. I took pictures but don’t know where to post it.

Waited in the drive thru at 5pm behind 1 car sitting at the speaker for 8-10 minutes. So I parked and went inside. 5 workers/people standing around the bun warmer. So they have 2 ways to get food, 5 people working, nobody on the drive thru or the 1 front counter? I can’t make this up. Lol

Asked if I wanted cheese. No. Asked if I wanted small or medium fries. I said medium, that comes with the combo. Ends up he charged me for “large”. I asked for sauce and had to pay 42 cents for a THIMBLE Of sauce. Cheap dirty tactics to up-charge your customer and then not even have the curtesy to offer free sauce after ripping them off. Never again this location!

Should’ve taken pictures of my kids sides that came with my one breast of chicken that seemed a little fresher than the second breast of chicken piece that had been around about an hour or more. Hope the other golden chick is not changing there sides if so your going to go out of business soon.

First time I came here was great when they first open, now it seems like they don’t want to give you what you pay for. That’s called “Being Cheap”. Your not going to make this business successful if you give customers order small pieces of chicken tenders or not even given them their full order. I’m very disappointed in this place and how it’s being ran. Here is a picture of my 6 piece tenders strips. Looks like 4 then 2 of them cut in half to make it a 6 piece. I will never come here again. You lost a great customer. I’ll be take my business to the Sache location on 78.

When we first started going to this place we always had to bring our food back and get it corrected. It was like they didn’t know the difference between spicy chicken or regular chicken. There was always a lot of people in line just to get their order corrected. The last couple of months of going there, and we go about once a week the food has gotten a lot better as far as getting the orders correct. I would definitely keep going to this place because their service are always getting better as far as I’m concerned

2nd time I ordered from here and got my order wrong I told the Manger then he said he repeated the order back to me twice even though I told him twice as well for no spice on my chicken because it was for kids, I told the manger customer always right and I know what I said , this manger saiddd “well not here there not”…. Who says that, then says I was being disrespectful I do not recommend coming to this golden chick !!!!
