I ordered 2 family size Mac & cheese and 4 rolls. I was told it would take 30 minutes and asked to wait. The wait was longer than 30 minutes and when they brought the food to me, Mac & cheese was dripping on the side of the container and some was burnt and the other was filled half way. I waited to long to receive horrible service. In my experiences the night shift always provides bad service.

Disappointing. I ordered 2 of the 6 piece tender meals, one spicy and one regular. BOTH WITH CORN NUGGETS and gravy. We didn’t get corn nuggets…we got French fries and Cole slaw. Not to mention, one of the tenders had some gross blue stuff on it and we greatly over cooked. I wanted a nice comfort meal, and got utter disappointment. It wasn’t good. Of course, I made it all the way home before realizing how wrong my order was….I love Golden Chick….but this was HUGE miss.

The food was great but please check your order before you leave. They seal the bag and tell you that everything is in there, only for you to get home and half of the order is missing. Then when you go back to get your items they give you attitude like it’s your fault. We love Golden Chick but I will never eat at this location again. Customer service is subpar at best.

My first and last time visiting this location, 4/25/2023. They put spoiled and expired coleslaw in my bag, and I got sick from the bad coleslaw. I’m contacting the health department. No apology nor thank you from the staff when I went back to report the issue. Very disappointing

I went through drive through and I hear a low voice say you ready I got a family size papers asked for extra ranch and was charged 23 cents for two. Got to the window the youg kid opened the window did not say a word to me I handed him a 20 and he gave me the change with the receipt still no words from him he shut the window and I sat there waiting for my poppers for a few minutes then he comes back to the window hands me my poppers and did not say anything just shut the window. That was the worst customer service I had ever had . The poppers were fresh and hot I like Golden chick . I will return. But the young man needs to learn what customer service is. If you go here, be aware of an employee named CADEN, he is petty to customers behind their back and will purposely mess with their food. Who knows what else they are doing to in that kitchen. The company has been told and they refuse to do anything so if you want your food played with, then this is the perfect place to go

When it comes to drive thru service at a fast food establishment, I think I value order accuracy over food quality and this location continues to make mistakes with my order. Wanted to try the golden roast for a change and asked for the 2 piece combo with white meat. Instead I got a 2 piece with 2 of the smallest dark pieces of meat I’ve ever seen. I’ve seen some boneless chick-fil-a nuggets bigger than these 2 dark bone-in pieces I received (I wish I had taken a scaled picture of these things). The 2 piece combo comes with a drink or you can choose to sub another side for a drink. I chose to do that, and of course the item did not make it in the bag and I didn’t discover this until it was too late. The receipt has a bar code you can scan so that you can go to a website and rate the service you received. I did this. Filled out the whole form online and then when it came time to submit, it did nothing when I clicked the “submit” button. It wouldn’t advance to another page, the little logo that “rotates” to let you know the web page is “thinking” didn’t rotate. I tried over and over and nothing. Only reason I give 2 stars is that they got my wife’s order correct and the rolls (although smushed almost flat) are always delicious.
