The absolute worst golden chick I have ever been to and I will not be returning to this location. Let’s start with the woman that’s taking the order that has a hearing or issue clearly just doesn’t give AF! I get to the window provide my card and am given my drink. It clearly states that the meals come with a 30oz drink I was given a 20oz. When questioned the cashier said if I wanted a larger drink I would be charged more. The food was horrible, my okra not chicken were fresh. I told the cashier that I wanted zang sauce and received gravy. This is the worst location and you bet for certain I will return to this unorganized location.

This place is instinctual at ripping people off! The people in front of us were shorted multiple side dishes and were given a 20oz drink instead of a 30oz drink. We were also given a 20-oz drink instead of 30oz. No sides for any of our 3 meals. We didn’t have time to deal with this as we were running late for our flight. Time to receive this fine meal was 26 minutes.

Looked like they cut 5 chicken tenders in 1/3 to fulfill the order of 16 family meal. $45 for something that wouldn’t feed two people let alone an entire family. Literally the size of a half cut french fry, more like popcorn chicken than tenders. Also, why was the food so stale and buns were soggy at 730 pm. I’ll just keep going to the location down the street, they might be busy but at least the food is fresh and you get what you pay for.

Absolutely worst experience lady working was rude and disrespectful asked for a sweet tea got unsweet asked for ranch and honey mustard and she acted annoyed and didn’t give it and when I asked for a receipt she refused. I was there at about 3pm today because they advertised they close at 10pm on the door but when I showed up at 9 pm last night they were closed. So disappointed in this establishment
