Normally I would give this establishment a 4 however, tonight I was highly disappointed. We went through the drive through around 8:30 this evening and our food was not even edible. The Golden roast chicken is usually very juicy, tonight it was dry and tasted old, the side of dirty rice was the same way, the fried okra was soggy, and the roll was rock hard. I understand that we were eating a little late in the evening but I still believe we should’ve been served food that didn’t taste like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 12 plus hours. I guess at least the sweet tea was good and the employees were pleasant.

If I could give this oplace zero stars I would! We spent $48 on this place just to get 19 tenders(supposed to be 20) 14 corn nuggets(supposedly it’s supposed to be 16 in it. Which is half of the cup they come in.. and 4 rolls which the meal comes with 5. I live out of town so going back for a roll is out of the question. When we told them we want a refund and we will bring the food back they refused! So I need the owner to get a hold on me.

I eat here about once a week just to break away from my own cooking. The big Golden chicken sandwich is good and has this yummy mustard sauce that’s really tasty. The chicken salad sandwich is also yummy and has grapes in it. Both sandwiches use yeast rolls as the bun and the yeast rolls are really good and fluffy! Sometimes the intercom in the drive through doesn’t work right and you have to repeat your order but I don’t mind. The food is good and the servers are doing the best that they can.

Its alright. Was craving fried chicken and so decided to try this place. I could be a little germaphobic at times and so I had to toss the bread they gave with my meal because they just dump it on the tray and not in the plates.Also would have loved some brown gravy.

We ordered a ten piece roasted chicken over twenty minutes ago… still no chicken. There’s really not any other customers here either… so no excuses, they either need to be retrained or prep more food. This is an ongoing issue from what I hear. Yep. Another customer just came and they sent them to park too…. hopefully the food is decent.
