Service was quick and accurate. I give my chicken 3 stars because it was a little dry but well seasoned. I would’ve preferred gravy on the side of my mashed potatoes instead of top but didn’t know that was an option I needed to remove. I would go back, the restaurant was clean and so was the restroom. My husband ordered the fried catfish and loved it.

This Golden Chick charges for water cups while others don’t. It’s literally just an empty cup. I had to go to my vehicle to grab a water bottle. They also charge extra for sauces when the meal is clearly for two people that we ordered. There’s customer service and then there’s cheap. This place is cheap

Loved the food, but they have a tendency to forget items; especially extra sauced you paid for. Just double check you bag good before you leave. We thought we saw everything and noticed missing a slaw once we got home. Had someone else who went back up to get their own order and they were happy to fulfill the error. They forgot to check THEIR order and even though they were handed the “extra” slaw separately to make up for the last order, THEIR slaw was found missing once we got back home.

Very busy location. Not sure what is going on here. Second time in 2 weeks that I ordered the wicked wings 9 piece combo but only get 8. Even after I explained my being short changed before and to make sure there were 9, I got 8. To top it off they had no zing packets again, and I guess no zing at all since I got plain wings. No napkins, no zing, no ice, no more! Get your act together, your customers deserve better.

If I can give a zero star I will I ordered two chicken tender meals we got the food and from the fries to the chicken tasted straight like fish I called up there because my sister is allergic to fish and could’ve died he told me that he’s chief forgot to change the oil I asked for the meals to be atleast switched Nd the young boy there told me I can’t do nothing your meal was right tho even tho it tasted like fish and was covered in fish oil and he admit that they didn’t change the oil lost a customer for life this place is trash and ran by trash if you don’t want to get sick I wouldn’t go there
