I always start with the staff. The staff was nice and polite yet the chicken was mediocre. The chicken was fresh, piping hot with juices but as far as seasoning, it lacked. I did get the mild fried chicken. The catfish fillets were cooked perfectly with a light Brown crisp but also lacked flavor. Maybe I’m just a fan of the southern flavor, (I.E., Popeye’s) but this chicken.. tastes like it was just rolled in regular flour and fried. On a good note.. the bread rolls are phenomenal! And they have military discount.

If I wasn’t already down rd I would have tirn around. This was HORRIBLE!!! I give service a 1 because they should have known not to serve that.

The store is understaffed; drive through person is going in and out without washing hands; rubbing his nose, handling the food and the manager didn’t care. She was nonchalant. Service is bad and they don’t care.

I tried the Wicked chicken sandwich. It was pretty good. The chicken patty was big and flavorful….lots of pickles. The buns were fresh and soft. Also the fries are tasty. All in all this is a pretty good fast food chicken place!

Terrible service by lady at the front. Had an attitude the whole time we ordered and got my order wrong. No plastic forks or spoons in the front and no tea. Brought it to the lady and she just rolls her eyes. Food was good but service definitely made us want to get up and go

I work for door dash came here to pick up a order. First there was roches everywhere. I asked for the order the guy DENIS behind the counter said I need to confirm the order and let him see it so I did then he said he was not going to give me the order. I ask him for his name he refused to give it to me. I got his name from a different employee.I have let door dash know about the issue and requested door dash to thank them off the list. Denis HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

The food is great and this specific location used to be solid. However, this location has recently been slacking like crazy. Every time I come here, one or more of our sides are missing, and they never give us our sauce. I wish they would pay a bit more attention because we are tired of spending our money on items we don’t get.
