Ordered a 4 PC chicken, side fried okra and sweet tea. Chicken had no flavor, I hope they own salt and pepper because it wasn’t even used. Also sweet tea tasted sour and unsweetened. Drive thru lady couldn’t count and gave wrong change back.

The food was good and it was Fresh but it was not what I ordered. I wanted spicy chicken tenders and got plain. I was not given any dressing for the salad I ordered and I asked for unsweetened tea and got seat tea. Sadly I was in a rush and did not visually check the order. I did verbally go over the order as it was handed to me and assured that it was correct. I will ate it. This has happened a couple times. Food is good and staff is polite just check orders before driving off.

Horrible experience purchased kids meal chicken strips for my child the drive lady put all this spicy salt on top my kids spits up in the box. I call tell the drive thru about the spicy and thru the food she says come back we will replace. Granted she through the food away in the door trashed grossed out from my kids vomit. The lady ask me for the food I explain to her I trashed it because it was too gross to bring back in the store. I offered to pay for my sons meal AGAIN Instead of her apologizing and replacing my kids meal charge me $.42 for a new sauce It wasn’t until I got on the expressway stuck in traffic I’d discover she throws three chicken strips in the box no fries no bread now I’m pissed calling no answer. Poor customer service it’s not the principal of the money it’s how I was treated and why put hot salt on a kids meal.

My whole order was awful. I ordered 2 piece Rst combo and the chicken was absolutely disgusting!!! It tasted and smelled completely rotten. I literally vomited in my vehicle. Not to meant that the chicken sandwich was not good. The chicken was so hard that you couldn’t even bite through it.

I come to golden chick all the time and I will admit I have had some bad service with the order being wrong or the person being rude, but at this location in particular, Desmond gets the order right every time, he has amazing customer service, and is very polite. If he isn’t the manager of the place he should be because he knows what he’s doing. For his service alone, I give the place five stars, if he leaves, I don’t know how they will survive lol

The restaurant was busy but it was still very clean. They did mess up 1 piece of my order, I ordered a large Okra and received a small. It’s important to note that I’ve been going to that location for 6 years, and that was the 1st time they made any mistake. No one is perfect, but that is a very good record. They make rolls that are absolutely wonderful, well worth the time and expense going there alone, and they have a nice menu selection. Their chicken is good, but I like their catfish better. I have a KFC, Church’s, and a Popeyes closer but I still go there often.

9:30pm…..hungry and stopped for a quick bite since Golden Chick is close to me and also i haven’t had Gilden chick in over a year.. Open sign on but when I pulled door it was locked female walks off but I notice her talking with a male at the counter. Checked the closing time online and says closes at 10pm. After being blatantly ignored. I decided to leave and vow to never eat Golden Chick
