I ordered a 4 piece tender combo comes with one side I ordered cole slaw but did not get my side I tried calling the phone only rings and rings I will not be going back to this location. The sweet tea is soured as well. My roll is hard as a rock and I have 4 very small cold tenders. Very disappointed.

I may start going to another location. The chicken tenders always taste good, but they’re beginning to resemble nuggets. They’re so small anymore. I worked at a Golden Chick and we passed up the little ones, or put 2 as 1 tender…then today I paid for 6 but only got 4.

Horrible experience Fries were Cold. Asked the Lady at the window if I could have fresh Fries. She had a attitude Rolled her eyes at the cook and yelled to make fresh Fries cause I said they were Cold. So I tasted my chicken. It was also cold and had been sitting and was dry. I then told the Lady if I could also have fresh Chicken. She then said that chicken is fresh it just came up. I love chicken I also know when it’s fresh and when it’s not. Due to her horrible customer service and rude attitude I will not return to that location.

The chicken is hot and crispy and the yeast rolls are to die for and for the value it’s great also the chicken portions are a good size and the ice cream is smooth and delicious(this was a year ago). The new mangement is wonderful now and the staff friendly and the cooks make the chicken hot and fresh thank you.

This is a place I USED to visit weekly. NEVER AGAIN. The only reason they got one star is because we’re forced to rate it! I just got home… 7pm dec. 31. I went through the drive through… the girl there got my order wrong 3 times! 3?? When passing the drinks, she didn’t put the lids on correctly. I wore a soda for the drive home, and it’s all over my car!! When the management on duty came to the window, she was rude, when I said something about the C mess in my car, asked told me I should have stayed home! Worst experience I’ve ever had there. Lost my business permanently for the whole chain!!
