I have never been to a Golden Chick and had my order made right. The food itself is ok. I asked for a sweet tea with my food and they told me they were out of sweet tea. I asked how long it would take for more to be made and he said “I just haven’t made it in a few hours. It will take 30 minutes”. I didn’t want to wait such a rediculous amount of time for sweet tea (I know for a fact it should take no more than 10 minutes for a large batch of tea).

Not gonma lie every time I go to this place the drive thru always gets my order wrong like they are not paying attention. There will only be 2 cars in line and some how some way they will always give you the wrong size drink or less tenders from what you order. Kind of upsetting.

We had ordered and waited for an hour for our food. we had asked about it and they didn’t even start are order until we asked. They were completely out of ice and tea. There was a worker just walking around taking selfies. And when I was done I went to get ice cream in the lobby and it wasn’t working. what is this McDonald’s and I work at a fast food restaurant. they also have way better customer service and their ice cream machine actually works.

I give 5 stars only when it is deserved. There is a dramatic difference at this La Vernia location. The staff is so friendly and courteous we gladly make the trip out here to eat. The quality, service, cleanliness, and timely delivery of our food is top notch. You only RARELY get this level of service in San Antonio locations. They set the standard here.
