I love their wings! The service at this location is excellent and both the interior/exterior are very clean. Only negative I had was with their unsweetened tea which an had underlying musty taste to it. Also, my orders have been correct when using delivery at this location.

Don’t eat here food is not fresh they leave it sitting there then serve it to you. I have worked for a fast food restaurant for many years and have never encountered poor management skills. I brought the food back for a refund cause I could not pass the dried out tenders and they refused to issue me a refund. Employee said I had to come back and speak to Mrs B and I came back the following day for my refund and she refused to refund me as well. They kept the food I brought back and then they said I didn’t bring the whole order back. She said I only brought 9 tenders and the end of our conversation she said I only brought back 8. They offered me a replacement for what I brought back. I told her I did not bring back 9 tenders I got one and my son got one and I brought the order back! This was my first visit and I will never come back to this restaurant.

Went to order a side of macaroni and a large order of okra. When we left the drive-thru there was no utensils for the macaroni. I drove up to the front got down to ask inside. I asked the cashier for a spoon for the macaroni. She then tells me they are over there by the drinks but she don’t think they had any spoons. She showed me poor customer service. I couldn’t believe the way she told me. Other than that the food was great. The okra was awesome.

I work for one of your delivery services and the cashier through food at me on the counter and it slide and a receipt at the customer next to me and walked off instead of handing to me and I was at the other side of the counter

Food was really good. Only issue I had was there was little black flecks floating in my water. I asked if they could switch out the cup of water with a water bottle. Thankfully, the guy behind the counter did and was apologetic about the water. All in all, enjoyable visit.

Don’t come here, you’ll wait over 25min to place your order and get your food. They run your card then make you wait in the parking lot with everyone else that’s been waiting for a year. This way they secure your money and waste your time, the perfect scam. “Fast food” yeah right…

I don’t even know where to start. This is my first time eating at Golden Chick my husband bought me a 3 pc fried combo.. the chicken was so dry!!! I couldn’t even eat it and the tea had an awkward smell to it. The lady manager which I couldn’t understand her name told me I had 3 days to return my food and get it replaced. what am I gonna do with old chicken in my fridge for 1-3 days? Please save your money and go somewhere else. Food and customer service was horrible!

I like the food but this is the second time I needed to correct my order. First time didn’t look at my order and made it home before we noticed they forgot our family fries. Than last night same order except this time wanted two family fries and had to remind them that that was my order. So I had to wait longer for the second family fries from my online order. I order online so I don’t have to wait but Golden Chick made sure that didn’t happen. BTW I wasn’t the only one they messed up on. Another elderly customer had to come down from their vehicle to ask why they are still waiting for their order. And when the employee went out to give it to them they went to the wrong car and passed up the customer.
