The golden Chick that used to be by me closed down. So was happy to eat at this location and was not disappointed. The crew there was nice, friendly, and fast. Went close to closing but was not rushed out, food was good would have had 5 stars but did not like the spice on the wings which is not the fault of the staff. Will write to corporate also letting them know what a great crew they tonight working for their company. Also one of the cleaner golden Chicks that I have been to.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly with smiles. Ordered 2 6pc tender combos. Order was made really fast. Food was moderately warm, not hot, but delicious nonetheless. Sweet tea was perfect, not overwhelmingly sweet. Rolls and fries were nice and warm as well. Overall experience was delightful and food was fulfilling.

Everything was good the chicken strips weren’t dry at all. The gravy was peppery but in a Good way!☺️ and the fried fish was good as well. It’s a good place to stop by and eat, and drive thru looks steady and quick. ICECREAM IS NOT FREE EVEN THOUGH THE SIGN IS THERE. They have a bit of attitude with a smile but the food is pretty good.

Today I go in to get a to go order. The cashier didn’t listen and they were out of pretty much out of everything. They made my to go order into a dine in and they messed up one of my orders. Then when we told them they said they weren’t gonna fix it. So we just got the food and left. This was the first time I have ever had this kinda of service here. It’s very disappointing.

Customer service had just came from a rosary to have dinner worst experience we ordered chicken and fish I guess was the scraps on bottom of pan dried no fish was more like batter 1 inch of nothing I guess she was in a hurry to close I think she would had complained as well if it was her if people from food service would had gone when I was they would had scored low with ice cream area all dirty so discussed I wish I had tooken a picture never again and won’t send no one ove rhere

My first visit. The new wicked wings were good and hot but didn’t coat the wings all the way. They were nice and crunchy. My second visit wasn’t good. Got a family meal. I still had the crunch, but the chicken didn’t taste that great, and they didn’t put the wicked seasoning on my 6 pc.

I can’t believe I wasted $11 here. This was my first time trying Golden Chick. The chicken is soggy as well as the fries. I ordered a 4pc chicken tender combo and asked for my fries extra crispy with an extra roll. The fries were nowhere near crispy. The raspberry lemonade was also not sweet enough. Literally, the only thing good here are the rolls. Save your time and money. I see why no one was in line when I pulled up. The service was good but wow, I’m thoroughly disappointed. I hate wasting money on bad food. Not to mention, the chicken isn’t really golden. Just pale and soggy -____-
