Every time I deal with the young guy over the phone he never listens to my order. I always deal with 1 specific delivery guy and the woman. Needless to say I will never order there again and they will never receive my 7plus follar tip for one dinner! I’d appreciate if the owner reaches out to me in regards to this matter bc I was very specific about my order that I cannot eat now because I cannot have SPICY food. The young guy try telling me on the phone that I didn’t tell him my order that way even though he read it back to me exactly how I requested it. Now I get to sit at work tonight with no dinner! You lost my service from this day forward!!!

I’ll give 2 stars because the people there are so nice and that has to count for something now a days. But this was my second time ordering the same food and while I’m eating my beef and broccoli, it tasted a little different. I look at a piece of meat that wasn’t covered in brown sauce and it was pink! Way undercooked!!!!!!

3 orders the past month, all ordered online, all delivered early and all 100% correct. The egg foo young is great, not too thick. They make a pretty good version of Phila Cheesesteak. I’m about to enjoy this great smelling Chicken w/Broccoli.

I really, really want this place to be great because it would be nice to have a handy spot so close by for chinese takeout. However, unfortunately we have not so far had a good experience there. Food is not very flavorful, and tasted a bit old.

The food is fine for cheap chinese take-out, but their online ordering will NOT display delivery information to delivery drivers. Twice now I’ve ordered from here and the driver never got that information and would not come into the apartment building to deliver the food despite a 25% or higher tip and instructions on where parking is available and how to get in. I only order delivery when I’m unable to walk without pain and so it’s really frustrating to have this happen twice from the same place.

I have ordered food here for a few years. Today i had one complaint I got called a liar by the Woman who is in charge there. I waited for over a hour 6:21pm – 758pm for my food but according to her it was only 45min. The fish sandwich was cold the fries soggy and cold this was the most disappointing $19 and the worst experience I have had here. The most astonishing thing is I was only calling to let them know not even for anything free/discounted or refunded.
