I hate to do this but this place is awful. We stopped there on a trip and boy was it an adventure. We stop in and the lady ignores us. We bang on window and ignores. Meanwhile she is answers the phone takes others orders. Basically ignores walk-ins. I come up with an idea to call and sure enough she answers and talks to us over the phone while we are looking in her face to take an order. This was definitely frustrating. I finally got fed up and went to car and other person with me hangs in there. We go shopping listen to music finally realize omg we need to check on food. She goes back in everyone that she saw was still there waiting on their food. This was after thirty minutes. If these people were still waiting we knew we had at least another thirty. We finally got fed up and left. Must be a great food to have these people wait for so long for some basic Chinese food. I guess place your order an hour of when you want it over the phone and your good. Side note the cook in the back seemed like a hard-working person maybe he should take the orders also. The lady definitely isn’t a people person. Good luck

I’ve ate there many, MANY times over the years. The customer service isn’t great but I’ve always thought the food was delicious and fairly priced. I will not be going back, however, after find a small bug in my food. As soon as I find out where to report this to I plan on doing so!

Staying a couple of nights in Henderson on business, so I went here. Doesn’t look like much on the outside, or the inside either, but it’s some of the best Chinese takeout I’ve had in a long time. Really great dinner.

All them stray dogs around here that chicken fried rice THAT WONT NO CHICKEN I EVER SEEN BOILED FRIED NAH THEN ITS $7 FOR THE SMALL DIG THE DOG MEAT OUT AND IT AINT EVEN A DRUMMET AMOUNT OF CHICKEN AND WE KNOW YOU CAN BUY A TRUCK LOAD OF RICE FOR $7! THIS I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ANYWHERE.

Eh it wasn’t the best. Service wasn’t good and the lady there acted like she couldn’t understand English. Plus I could barely understand what she was saying. To place my order I had to talk to her since instead she was just looking at me when I came in not asking what order I placed for pick up. I ordered off the phone and as soon as she picked up I had to hold on so I just hung up and went there myself. It was hair in my food as well so I don’t rlly recommend this place.

The lady doesn’t understand English and is very rude. I used to go there frequently but I stopped going. I started going to Top China in Oxford and today I wasn’t feeling well and was pressed for time so I stopped there and she was still rude as ever! She forgot my extra order of chicken wings and then when I asked how long for an order she said 20mins in a very upset and irritated tone, to make matters worse when I got home my chicken wings that I did have were BURNED BEYOND BELIEF. I called her asking her to replace my order letting her know I will bring the food back and she told me no exchange and hung up in my face. I feel very disrespected as a paying customer and I would advise absolutely nobody to go there! They don’t care about their customers AT ALL smh, I only gave them 1 start to leave a review and I really feel as though they don’t deserve that one star!
