This was our very first time at this place and will never go back. The customer service is atrocious, when we ordered we only asked for certain things they gave us more than we asked for. The food was not good. When we asked for another fortune cookie for our daughter the gal made a big deal about we only get one cookie and made us pay for one along with the little extra soy sauce packets. And charged for refills. The couple running it is so ridiculous about charging for every little thing. You can go to panda exspress be treated better and not be charged for every little thing. Would not recommend it at all. If anyone think’s this place is good it’s because they’ve never had anything else.

I ordered twice from this place using Doordash. Twice they have given me food that I didn’t place an order for. For some reason the employees here keep on sending me veggie egg rolls when i clearly ordered chicken egg rolls. I asked these people in my last order NOT to send me veggie egg rolls if they are out of chicken egg rolls. They sent the veggie ones any way. I also ordered BBQ pork, but this is the second time they were out of it. If they were professional, they would ask the dasher to call the customers and let us know that they are out of a certain product and if we would like something else. I won’t be placing anymore orders to this restaurant through the apps. I don’t want to keep on receiving items I didn’t place an order for.

Lady was very rude. My mom ask to use the bathroom and she said yes but then continue to say don’t make a mess in a snarky attitude. I been here multiple times and they do packed the plate full but sometimes the food looks old and the chow mein is always has no flavor.

The ladies are always so sweet and the food is very tasty. But the last couple of times we’ve had it, they seem to be being a little light handed when boxing your order. My fiance had hardly any chow mein. And it’s noticeable because they usually ALWAYS pack your box as full as they can. Idk maybe she was having an off day or they’ve had to tighten their belts. No matter the reason, they’re food is still delicious and the staff is still friendly and welcoming.
