If I could I would give this restaurant a zero. The woman who owns/works there is rude, loud and money hungry. Also food was not the best. Made a request for alteration to food ordered. Specifically stated this 3 times and she even repeated the request. However, food was still made wrong. Also she literally charged the wrong amount for ordered food in the past and then demanded that I give her extra money for her error. Sorry as a business owner if you made the mistake you should accept this mistake and not ask customers for extra money the next time they come in. This is not a good way to conduct business. Big mistake on my part to attempt to patronize this business a second time.

The food was very expensive for what we got. The french fries were 6 dollars for a very small container of greasy fries. The chicken was chewy. They forgot our eggroll. When I questioned the prices they were not able to explain. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

First time here and I order a meal for pick up through door dash. When I arrive I was told by the same lady everyone else here is complaining about that I have to call door dash and cancel my order and pay there. She then proceeded to tell me that door dash takes 30%. I informed her that it wasn’t my problem. She signed a contract with them. I expect my order to be fulfilled. She then told me she would not make my order. So after arguing with her and telling her I want my food. I called DD and they made a call to her, she picked up talked to the rep then immediately gave me my food that was already made ! The food portion was very small, it was more expensive then most Chinese restaurants and she was just completely over the line. Smiling through my whole interaction being very friendly but that doesn’t make up for the way I was treated and how she acted. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. You’re better off getting your Chinese from Giant down the street.

Incredible food and super fast service! Some favorites are the Walnut Chicken, Shrimp with Garlic Sauce, Happy Family, House Special Fried Rice, Shrimp Spring Rolls, Crab Rangoon. We are about 2 hours away so when in town, we’ll often stop in and take a huge order back home! To be quite honest, it’s worth a road trip just for the Chinese food. Oh and did I mention they have great Thai food too!??

I called and ordered food but when I picked it up and got home it was incorrect. I called and talked to a woman (a man originally took my order) and explained the situation. She said that is not what ordered and I told her when I placed the order it was repeated back to me correctly. I explained I didn’t talk with her originally and she started screaming at me that I got exactly what I ordered. I told her to please not scream at me and that we would just not be back and she hung up on me. The receipt was in Chinese so no way to know if it was correct. For clarification I was super calm and only said 2 things to her. I told her we didn’t get any fried rice and that I didn’t place the order with her but a man. She literally was screaming at me. I had to hold the phone away from my ear. The food was cold and did not taste fresh. We will definitely not be back. This is not the first time this woman was rude but definitely the worst experience. Customer service is absolutely terrible especially for the mediocre quality of the food.

The customer service was so horrible I canceled my order! Plus when I requested for my child’s fried rice to not include onions she said she was going to charge me an extra $3.50. I will never spend my money with this place again!

Owners are RACIST… They were very rude and ignorant to my daughter when she went to pick up her order. Wanted her to “confirm” who she was before they would give her the food she PAID for. Told her to wait outside until foods ready and told her, “we don’t give food to Black People if they don’t confirm their identity”. What kind of business is this??? Do you people realize MANY RACES are the ones keeping your doors open. Will never return here.
