It’s Golden! The best Chow Mein and Egg Fu Yung I have had in years. Reminds me of the neighborhood place we would frequent in Minneapolis. Reasonable prices, great food. Go! Eat! The Lady at the counter said they have been there 35 years. The menu and decor suggest it is the same as it was 35 years ago, which adds to the Old School vibe/charm of this place.

Man, I’m bummed I could have been eating at this spot for all the decades I’ve lived in St. Paul. I just didn’t know. But I found it now! Delicious food, very nice people running the place. Tried Golden Chow Mein for the first time this week and I was amazed. This is easily the best Chinese food in St Paul that I’ve had. Ma and Pa/Family restaurant with quality ingredients and simple yet absolutely delicious recipes. From the apps to the chow mein to the fried rice to the stir fry dishes, this is delicious and I can’t wait to order again.
