Was wanting a plate of veggies, some “down-home” feel good food. Some of the reviews had us cautious, but since it was what I wanted, we risked it. So glad we did! Was decent, but maybe a bit pricey (but then I’m used to KY prices, not NY)

I have been to many Golden Corral’s throughout the United States, and this is by far the most disgusting one I’ve ever been to. Raw chicken wings, “steak,” that was 60% fat, Icee, that was just Icee juice, many items emptied and not refilled on the line, multiple items that had sat out way to long, breaded fish was soggy, breaded shrimp, undercooked. I could go on!!! I’m surprised people don’t get food poisoning. Wasted $80, and will never return. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. RUN AWAY, RUN FAR AWAY, to the nearest fast food restaurant, they have far better quality food than this place!!

This is the worst golden corral I have ever been too. I went to wash my hands before eating and the bathroom was gross. The floor was covered in water. The sink was leaking and had been for awhile. I told the manager and they seemed to care less.

Unfortunately, the food quality has gone down significantly at this location since the pandemic. Most food options had obviously been out all day. Runny mashed potatoes, over cooked spaghetti noodles, items that could not be identified. The server was extremely friendly. Hopefully they can turn things around as it’s the closest location to Buffalo and a favorite of my son.

Today I came here to celebrate a birthday with friends and to be honest it was the worst idea the server from the jump had a rude standoffish attitude from the jump all I wanted was the servers to sing happy birthday and they said id have to ask her when i did she just walks off says “maybe well see ” the while time she ignores and us and just walks around screaming on the phone and doesn’t check in with us even once the other servers were a bit off as well a few times I called for their attention and they ignored the only reason Im not giving one star is because eventually I had enough and decided to talk to a manager and another server overheard and decided to sing to me and got the others to she was really nice I didn’t get her name but she was great i gave a tip to her instead as for the food it was okay But I don’t think I will be returning anytime soon. I secretly wanted to leave before I was half way done my first plate.

So much wrong! Unless you spoke Spanish, the people serving behind the food ignored you. A woman (customer) asked me what the problem was. And she spoke to them in Spanish and the problem was resolved. Sad! There was not a big selection in food, like we are use to at a golden corral. Had to ask the girl behind the dessert counter to get the ice cream and cotton candy for you. Felt bad for her because she was the only one working it, and she was spinning trying to keep up with the normal getting desserts out. Will never go back to this golden corral….

Positive helpful staff. Food variety and quality was excellent. You can find selections you really like. Raoul is an excellent manager. He treats his employee family very well and it reflects in the taste of the food. Everyone in my group was happy. New leadership made the difference.Thanks Raoul!
