I only went here because my mother wanted to go and she lives close. I was hesitant because another friend said ew that location is the dirty one. I still went. So I’ll jump right in. The food was okay, I stayed with friend fish, friend chicken corn bread. I did have a salad and the ingredients were pretty fresh. The atmosphere was horrible. The fire alarm suddenly went off and no one did anything. I got up with my mom to leave and they announced that the fire alarm was triggered by the rain hitting the roof. Meanwhile it was still going off and made for a horrible atmosphere. I went to use the bathroom and the cleaning closet was open and was disgusting! It was about 4:00 pm and clearly management did not care about the bathroom. There was wet toilet paper in the stalls and the smell would make you lose whatever appetite you have. Oh then water was leaking from the ceiling and the server had to keep wiping it and just moved the table over so it wouldn’t drip on customers. The only positive part of my experience was Darryl our server. He was polite and helpful. I will NEVER go to a Golden Corral again in my life.

The omelet and Belgian waffle guy should get a double raise (take it from the waitress). The omelet man was making omelets and waffles, which were both the best things there aside from the bacon, all while having a welcoming smile. Great experience on a out-of-state school trip.

This experience was horrible being my first time here! They’re over crowded and they need better chefs. I was told I couldn’t get my money back by the manager with the dentures because I was there for two hours even though I didn’t eat. It was so ghetto….ugh and dirty. Food was uncooked and everything. Save your money and time.

Went to Golden Coral in Largo. However, The Server Yancy was excellent. The AC only worked in one area of the restaurant. It was extremely hot when you entered the restaurant. The food was horrible. The food had no flavor. Some of the food was not done. The buffet didn’t look inviting at all. I use to visit Golden Coral years ago and the food use to be pretty good. I guess they have new cooks. It’s sad to say this location had gone down hill.

My Husband and I just got back from Europe on vacation, so we didn’t want to cook after traveling on the 4th of July. We decided to go to Golden Corral thinking it would be a great idea. Big mistake! We walk into the Largo, Maryland location and first notice it’s very warm walking in. By the way it’s in the 90’s outside. We ordered at the register and the cashier says, we might want to sit on the cooler side due to the AC not working. So we sat on the cooler side. The salad bar did not look appetizing, the fruit and salad items looked dried up. The food I selected had no flavor. Our server was nice and okay. My husband just wanted one plate and I wasn’t excited to eat another plate either. There was also a weird smell in the dining room. We might as well went to Burger King. We was very disappointed and felt paying over 40 dollars it was not worth it. Will not be going to Golden Corral again.

The best part of our meal was the service. The steak was rubbery, the greens had no flavor. The green beans were salty, and the rest of the food in general fell short of what I have had in the past from Golden Corral. The food should be consistent from opening to closing.

Came here for Thanksgiving and honestly had low expectations. These guys blew me away. My server was Darryl and he was top notch. The ham was so succulent you could cut it with a fork. The rolls were their usual to die for yumminess. I was seriously impressed and it really made my Thanksgiving to be surrounded by such awesome people and food.
