We don’t have one near us so when I was in town for something else, I had to go here. It was a good experience for my dad and I. It was mom’s birthday (she passed away 3 years ago) and this was where we went every year to celebrate. So we had our own little celebration of her. The food was great and the server was fantastic! There are always great options for salads, entrees and deserts.

Stopped in for lunch while visiting Roanoke for a possible move there. Oh my! This was the best Golden Corral I’ve ever experienced. The place was clean, food was fresh and hot, and the customer service was exceptional. The server Andrea, and the cashier were delightful! So upbeat and friendly. These ladies seem to love their jobs!

I really enjoyed this place today with my family hit the spot for a good home cooked lunch for us while visiting in Roanoke!! What I could of done without is the man that sat near us with his coworkers committing on one of the servers body! He was very ignorant and disgusting as if woman already don’t have a tough time trying to make ends meat to pay their bills ! Thank goodness she didn’t hear any of it but I unfortunately did and he was just disrespectful! So that’s why I rated the atmosphere a 4* it’s one thing to admire a beautiful woman and we are beautiful creatures however be respectful about not ignorant and nasty especially when others can hear you!

Enjoyed time with family. Plenty of food to choose from and everything looked fresh and was tasty. Prices not bad for an all you can eat buffet. Several of us had dietary restrictions, but still plenty of choices to fill up on. Much cleaner than last time we visited there.

Not the greatest place to eat, but they do offer a variety to choose from. The rolls have always been incredible, and the rest of the food is just okay. Depending on who waits on your table that day will depend on the service. I will say that I was little disturbed with the omelet station. I get that it was busy, but I waited in line for like 20 minutes only to get up there and see the person that was preparing the omelets dropping different foods from the prep station into other prepared food. I am someone who unfortunately suffers from a food allergy and I witnessed her drop the very food that I’m allergic to into the egg mixture and not think twice about it. The company really needs to take the time to educate their staff about proper food handling.

I will say this really talked my wife into going but everything was fine until the charger hit her bank account with a $10 increase. The “manager” I guess, said this happens all the time it will fall off later. I know “pay at pump”gas station put a hold on a certain amount that the bank put a temporary hold on. But to have a major restaurant chain not have this fixed is not a good thing for people like my wife and I. We did get out refund before eating. But please fix this. We are in a technology time where this is a game changer when it comes to money. Pay for a upgraded system. This will give your customers a nice comfortable mind why they eat your delicious food. Thank you and sorry for the one star. Blame it on your system not your store!
