Well, today we came in at just the right time! Everything was hot and fresh. I had the pork ribs they were tender and not dry. I had the steak med rare, very juicy. The fried fish could have been seasoned better and fried a little longer. They had a cotton candy cake with whipped cream it was great. I am not a fan of butter cream frosting. The service was good .

Update!! Food was great but our server was extremely bad. Reaching over people’s food and not filling anyone’s drinks. She didn’t care to make a tip at all. Also she only had three tables to wait on so she wasn’t busy either.

Woke up wanting a big breakfast but in no way wanted to cook. The kido and I both enjoyed the fluffy made to order pancakes. I can say even though I didn’t order a custom omelette they looked delicious. I really enjoyed the creamy cheese grits,fried chicken and fried fish. The buffet itself was clean and stayed stocked with fresh items. For a breakfast buffet I could not complain. My only complaint was the fact I had to pay extra for the to go silverware being that the silverware on the table was not cleaned to my liking. All in all a pretty good breakfast.

The food was great, our service was nice and made sure we was good. Not enough space to move around, too many people, you would think as much money as Golden Corral makes, they would invest in bigger space for their customers. Attitude goes along way with me, maybe teach your employees that, how are you going to be serving me food, or when I request food that ran out, you give me attitude. DO BETTER GOLDEN CORRAL!!!!

Gastonia location, Great food… my fried chicken was hot and crispy and tasted like down home chicken used to taste, same with the mashed potatoes and fried okra.. the rest of the food our family ate was delicious as well… and… or server, CHRIS, was the BEST we’ve had in a long time… i even told his manager and she said he usually works as a cook… i praised him as well and gave him a nice tip.

Would have taken pictures, but food kept disappearing from my plate. The food was delicious. Everyone there was great. Every worker was in high gear working, but friendly. Customers talking to the workers, like family and asking who was in the back cooking. Don’t know what was going on, but it seemed that so many people knew each other, which was probably true, since it is a small town. Stopped going to the ones in Charlotte, because food and service was so bad. Was hesitant to go to this one, but glad we did. Will be back
