The food was real good, service was too. The lady at the moment acted like she didn’t really want to give you more than one piece of steak, which kinda makes you feel bad for asking! One register was going when you guys obviously need 2. No manager was in sight the entire visit , and I suppose you have to have one. Had there been more cashiers, it would have been possible for one to go clean the bathrooms, which made a gas stations bathroom look appealing. The dining room was extremely dirty once you were seated (no host?) And could look around. There were no gloves in sight, as we had to ask for some. The cleanliness of the restaurant made the food questionable, but like I said, was good. My advice is to be fully staffed with a manager in the building/dining room running a tight ship. Our server was also super nice.

Let me begin by stating that I’m not a fan of Golden Coral buffets whatsoever, before and especially after COVID, however I decided to give this place another shot since it’s been over ten years since I’ve last had their food. When I did have their food years ago, I enjoyed there the Bourbon Street chicken, fried chicken, fresh cut ham and roast beef and made to order steaks. Our server was an amazing lady named Lashanda I think. She stopped everything and prayed with us and was very attentive to our drinks etc and was exceptionally friendly. The man who was cooking the steaks was also amazing, he knew I wanted one so he came and found me in the dining room to let me know he was starting the next batch. Everyone is extremely friendly. It of course got pretty loud, but nothing you can do about that.

The selection of the food was awful. The steak is turf and barely could eat it wanted strawberry chocolate covered. Strawberries had no strawberries, and as I was leaving, someone puked at the front door so it was not a very pleasant experience.

This place is one of the worst. We went there on a Saturday for a lunch and it wasn’t busy (I guess it was a bad sign). Anyway, the food is gross and questionable quality. My husband got stomach problems after eating there. Paid almost $70 for 4 people, what a waste!!!

After mass we go there for lunch. I only want fried chicken, n barbecue steak, salad, clam chowder but not crazy about dessert. My husband tried everything. Iced tea is great, not too sweet, like the other restaurants except the last Mexican restaurant I went to. Service is great. I had to tip the Spanish waitress. This is my last meal of the day.

They were super busy so maybe this isn’t a fair review but some of the food wasn’t the best. You could tell it was made quick quick. I feel the variety wasn’t all that. It is cool they have icee machines now! The servers did their best. I miss the chocolate fountain!!!
