More of a place to eat soul food. I’m from North Carolina where Golden Corrals have more and better options. The cabbage wasn’t good, the chicken was ok, the mashed potatoes and gravy was really the only good thing I had. Probably a place I’d go to try breakfast and nothing else.

It had been a while since I visited a Golden Corral and we decided this was the best place to take our youth group while we were out of town. The restaurant seemed fairly new and clean and the waitresses were amazing and patient while serving us.

The food was good, but there was no variety, they only had two meats, cooked chicken and cooked meat with potatoes, which was extremely salty, and the grilled meat was given a portion of about 5 cm, super small and full of fat, we went at 6 pm to eat grilled meat and couldn’t, the place is small and very dirty, there were few ingredients for salads, there were no soups, and most of the employees were noticeably rude, starting from the people at the checkout to pay, each station had grumpy people and the guy who helped us at the table was very kind and very busy, but the other women who were serving tables made a face all the time, I didn’t like this place. Although I love Golden Corral, this branch I WILL NOT RETURN. I do not recommend it to you either with friends or family or by yourself either.

Food was alright overall. Eggs were very watery, and the fruit was not very ripe. I would not recommend the breakfast from my 1 visit. The lunch and dinner is probably better. I left, and they had just placed the lunch out. It looked and smelled very good, although I did not try it. Very nice service from the staff. The waitresses were fantastic and provided great service! I will more than likely be back and will hopefully have a better experience food wise! I will adjust my rating if needed after that. Cleanliness of the restaurant was good overall. Bathrooms were clean and orderly.

We went on a Thursday evening about 6:30 and it was not that busy, but it looked like a tornado hit the buffet and dining area. I totally understand customers are messy and vacuums cannot be fired up during operational hours, but there were at least three employees refilling items with no attempt to wipe the surrounding surfaces. Several items on the salad bar had CLEARLY NOT been rotated or completely replaced, as if fresh was continuously brought in, but dumped on top of the old item. The only saving grace for this meal was the associate in charge of our section who was busting his butt to keep drinks full on all tables, and when someone left, he was there within seconds cleaning them off for the next customer. We left him a large tip because he was awesome and we told him he was awesome. We also noticed several customers who left ZERO tip for this guy, so shame on the customers who don’t tip when you’re provided excellent service! Just because the food/atmosphere is disappointing, don’t punish your server!
