Reserved the big room for 60 a week early. Spoke to a manager two times the week before to get everything aligned and confirmed. Got there and they had no idea who we were or about the reservation. Had customers seated in it. Did not try to ask them to move to different tables. One couple were seated there literally in the middle of us trying to figure it all out. Golden Corral Tried to place a whole wedding party in the smaller room even though I had booked the larger one because the amount of people we had literally could not fit in the smaller room or any of the things we needed to do with it. The fact they had everyone held up and gave no answer or explanation as to what had happened is unacceptable. As soon as we went into the area the workers just left. No apology even. So our whole wedding rehearsal dinner not only started with a damper, but the mood remained negative. All because of their mishap.

Haven’t been to a Golden Corral for years and will probably never go again after tonight. The quality of the food was mediocre at best. The selection of warm foods was very limited. The salad bar was pretty well depleted with no sign of anyone replenishing. The soft serve ice cream was not working and was dripping wet cream all over the floor. It confused the staff for over 10 minutes before someone thought of hanging an “out of service” sign.The service was non-existent – we were never asked if we needed refills. All this for $45 for two – I don’t think so.

Leanne and Anita were our servers. They were so kind and helpful. They refilled our drinks consistently and in a timely fashion. They also took our plates and checked on us enough that we never had to wait too long for anything we needed, but they also let us eat in peace. They were very kind ladies and were quick to help us with anything we needed. Also, they had hot wings today which were very good. Keep them coming 🙂

Everyone was amazing food was good. But our server Amanda never came to our table and when she did we were already eating dessert. She then proceeded to question if we paid for our food and asked to see our receipt to “make sure we didn’t sneak in” and then stood there and thoroughly read our receipt. The only reason I’m giving two stars was because our waitress, Camille was great! The ice cream machine was broken and has been for days. The desserts were terrible looking. Not much of a variety as used to be. The dumbest thing is you have to PAY for a to go drink!?? GC chose to get the big plastic cups with an advertisement. NO other restaurant charges for to go drinks! DEFINITELY not a meal worth $17! Probably won’t be back!!

We always get great waitresses! I love love love the salad bar, everything is very fresh and they have EVERYTHING!! I also really appreciate they have someone to cook your steak the way you like it and have toppings for it. I have enjoyed everything I have tried, the only downfall is that I eat too muchl!!
