I have been to Golden Corrals before, but this one was pleasantly surprising. Everything was GREAT! From the greeting from the lady at the register, to the waitress and the man carving the meat. Friendly. Inviting. Tons of food options. Food was fresh and replaced often. Areas were all clean. It was a wonderful lunch experience on a busy Saturday. I swear all of us enjoyed every bit of food we had. The carrot cake was and the best meatloaf I have ever had! Will definitely be back!

Got to the restaurant around 6:00 PM. Short wait at register. Got a cut of steak that was tough and full of fat. Ribs were dry and burnt. No sausage on line during our visit. Chicken was good. Service was good. Food was bland. For the price, food should have been better.

We had a party of 12, for a birthday party. They accommodated us no problem. Food was fantastic they were not out of anything. Great buffet, salads to choose from great desserts and plenty of meats and vegetables. Service was wonderful. Always made sure or drinks were refilled. Will definitely go back again. 15.99 plus tax for all you can eat!!

We ate dinner together all 5 of us. The food was very good especially the fried okra!! Fried chicken was also good. When we got there around 530 there was a line of people to pay and pick up their order. There was one cashier to take our order and take money for pickup at the same time. Atmosphere was alittle chaotic. The card machine went down and delayed us from eating. I felt bad for the young lady at the register. Maybe during busy times a second cashier is needed until at least the rush is over.

The Golden Corral in Albany, Ga has only progressively reduced its productivity ans customer service as well. The Food was at an average score, if they have the food most of the time you do not see any faults but with the new emploement in this location seem not to care about all their customers and needs foe food and or services provided.

Returning to GA from a dance competition, promised one dancer we’d stop for brunch. They were very accommodating. Kelli and Songa were our servers! They Rocked! Attentive, drinks never low, plates always cleared, made sure our girls were also taken care of. Didn’t get our Hostess name, but she was great too!

If your feeling like some good country food and your call with Buffett style dining this is your spot. Let me just stop right here and say if your actually reading this review for Golden Corral you are either at work and Stuck in a weird “youtubian” whirlwind of reviews. If that is the case STOP! hey your boss said back to work. If your reading this bc you have never heard of this fine eating establishment and you have US citiZenship then you may want to go home and fix another bologna sandwich bc the world is crazy out here and would hate for you to bump your head on life in the “people” world. But for those of us who read these for fun praying the next one will be like this one then I just say get you a roll, some spaghetti, a chix breast, some corn, and corn seriously swimming in butter and wash that down with 3 or 4 cokes and then (you know where this is going) better make sure the tank is full and the roads are clear bc you need to be hitting NASCAR speeds to the house. The food was pretty salty in my opinion. The “steak” seemed to be marinated in a salt brine. The man “serving ” the steaks acted like he didn’t want to do his job. As if the guests were disturbing him from doing other things. The best thing there was the rolls (as always), the fried fish, and the pork chop nuggets. Our waitress was not focused on her guests. She would say she’s grabbing something for the table and then forgets to come back. Giving her the benefit of the doubt she could have been new.

A little disappointed , because they didn’t have the fried fish filets. But the popcorn shrimp was delicious, along with the sweet potato souffle, mashed potato. No fried green tomatoes either. Still delicious and got a tummy full.
