This place is disgusting and need to be shut down . My family spent over 200 dollars here for me and my family , and honestly we could have ate fast food . They came and sat us at a table that was completely filthy , we had to clean our own table because the waiter was acting so lost and confused on what to do . Our chicken was highly under cooked. The light fixtures above the food was absolutely disgusting, including the floors and tables. I’m assuming the food sat out too long because when we went to serve ourselves the food was cold. The utensils were not clean at all them charges us for plastic ! Shortly after my family began to throw up! This place needs to be shut down!

For 3 adults and 2 seniors with 32 ounce drinks came to 98.30. It was very busy during lunch time on a Sunday. After we paid, we were then seated with our to go cups that were to be filled by whoever was working in our section. We were given metal fork and steak knives.

Not sure what I was thinking coming here. The food was gross, none of it looked fresh. Went through several dirty plates before I found a clean one. The waitress was good, fast, friendly… the only bright spot. I made a small salad and left, hungry.

The cashier was very rude and refused to ask the manager a question for me. The restaurant was a mess and chaos. The tables and chairs were very close to each other and a bit crammed. The waitress never once checked on us, and we had to ask for refills before we left and our table was left covered in stacks of dirty dishes they weren’t picking up while we ate. The food was mediocre at best. Most of it wasn’t fresh at all. It’s disappointing that this is one of the only buffets in town that isn’t outrageously priced because it isn’t that good. It has potential, but it would take more effort from the staff. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are just aiming for a lot of food for your money.

This was an absolute disaster. We were so excited for the chocolate fountain but that was a lie. My chicken was under cooked and the whole experience was just terrible. If I could could give this a 0 I’d give it a -10. Do not recommend.

The food was fine and the restaurant area wasn’t too bad. I will say this, anytime my three year old walks in the restroom and not even two steps in he gags, that’s an issue. All three toilets were clogged and one urinal had toilet paper pulled in it. I know we can’t control other people and the idiocy of other people, but as a business owner we have to make sure we are double checking these things.

This is by far the worst trip I have had over here. To begin with we payed for our food then had to find a seat of our own. Mind you it was about 1:30 maybe 2 pm majority of the tables where still cluttered with plates and cups then once we where seated our waitress acted is if where we were sitting wasn’t her table even though she was mean we still left her tip. I will not be returning to this location unless something is done like new management.

Super crowded so you know it has to be good. The waitress brought me unsweetened tea, I asked for sweetened tea, she sent to change it and it wasn’t any sweeter so I just added a bunch of sweetener and went about my night. The food was good!

Super crowded, no one counting how many people they are letting in, people standing around waiting for tables. Tables and floor are nasty. Had to chase my “server”(busboy) down to find silverware. Employees walking around complaining about being so busy. Food is not that good. Needs to reevaluated in the grand scheme of operations and being a safe place to eat. At the moment is is a health code violation, my wife and kids ate , I lost my appetite and didn’t get anything.
