Never been here before. Food is pretty decent. My favorite item was the sweet Broccoli with raisins at the salad bar. Though I did not have any nachos, the nacho bar looked really good. The fried chicken us very nice as was the fried catfish. Since I am a senior I only pay $9 for lunch and the steak is not served at lunch. Plenty of shady parking in the lot if your lucky. The dessert bar is my grand children’s place to hang out so I really have to watch them to make sure they don’t over indulge. Definitely would go back.

I am a regular my husband and I eat here at least 2 times a week for steak and salad well last night was the worst service ever I worked a 12 hr shift and got there at 730pm at 740pm I went to order a steak like always and the lady insisted I take what was cut up in the tray I asked for a med rare steak she takes a piece from the tray and put it back on the grill and sticks it on my plate. The steak was well done and tuff not fresh to order. 15 min later 3 other people order a steak with no issues. So I called today after another 12hr shifts to complain and see about a discount money back or free meal only to be told sorry nothing they can do because they weren’t the manager on duty but will tell that manager. Hadn’t been in years, but we decided to go there while waiting for a car repair next door. Got there just before 4 pm where they offer a more reduced senior discount. It took us more than 10 minutes to pay for our food with only two families ahead of us, but when it was our turn to pay, we asked for the discount because we were there before the time for the discount, but the manager, Angel, refused saying it was over because it was after 4. We explained we had been there before the time, but because the first family before us took more than 9 minutes to pay, that why it’s after the time. She said that’s not possible, because she had just gone to the the bathroom, easentially, calling us liars, with a smug look on her face, then charged us the “Friday night” price, which essentially was $42 for two people. We WILL NOT be returning. Before we left, my husband hadn’t finished his food and asked for a box to take what he hadn’t eaten, home. We were told it was $6.95 for a to go box. We explained the box wasn’t to get more food from the buffet, but just to take home what he hadn’t eaten. The waitress said they weren’t allowed to give out a box. Food is good for buffet style, but the atmosphere isn’t the best and it is usually dirty with tables not being cleaned, etc. Not recommended.

It has been better. My trip occurred when there was little to no air conditioning (they had a sign on the door warning of such). Every table in the restaurant was either occupied or had stacks of dirty dishes on the table. The floors underneath were spotted with food and refuse. I had to ask for a staff member to clear off a table or I wouldn’t have had a place to eat. She told me that there were clean tables on the other side of the dining room (I had checked and the small table I selected was the closest to being clean) She rolled her eyes and grabbed the dirty plate and glass and wiped the table off for me. I don’t blame the staff for being extremely exhausted as there was no AC and no visible management present. I don’t think I will ever go back on a Sunday evening.

This place has good food if you get there right at open, noon, or five. It’s always packed full of people just don’t expect good service waiters and waitress are to busy bouncing from one table to the next and will often forget what you asked for then come back ten minutes later to ask again and forget it once more.

Customer service suppureb. Our server was fantastic in service and people skills.. The fish wasn’t catfish had a unpleasant smell and taste. Ranch dressing watered down( another drop of water you can drink it with a straw). I enjoyed my baked potato the steak was delicious hats off to the young lady on the grill. A few months ago when we visited. There was a young man was cleaning the steak grill then put the meat back on top instead of wiping the grill off then add the steak. Very disappointed Today was a fantastic day with family and friends we were down from pine bluff! . Our visit was most pleasant! Thank you for a beautiful visit!!

Found fly that was fried to my fish! When I went to the bar I seen the guy dump the fresh fried fish in the bin. I was thinking awesome timing on a fresh batch. On my first piece I was halfway thru when I seen something staring back at me.
