This restaurant has, hands down, the best egg rolls in North Central Ohio. Their food is well-flavored and well-priced ($25 buys dinner for two with an appetizer.) The atmosphere is open and inviting. The service is quite good.

Before an after covid, there has been many issues with getting correct orders, an during covid I have gone there an have gotten wrong food orders given to me. I have had the wait staff give half my food order to someone else I had the owner tell me you next time order thru her which once again. They started screwing up my order on the phone, so I went there in person. I do not know whats worse being told to be there to pick up my food an still have to wait, an half hour extra, or them giving my food to someone else or the owner saying this all I can do, how about Train. Your staff, while the food is good the hired staff need serious training. An the lack of the owner an her attitude I live around the corner an always place, very large orders, I am done with this place, there’s other Chinese restaurants to go to. One star on the owner an one star on the wait staff an one star for ordering on the phone.

The food is decent, and usually always warm, although when you walk in you wait a good 5 minutes before being seated, even when there are few other tables in the whole place. After being seated you wait on average 5-8 minutes to even order a drink this is with ONLY 2-3 other tables in the restaurant. The server, that’s a whole different game. She comes to the table and doesn’t even say hi, just stares at you until you awkwardly order, They surely need to improve on their customer service skills. No wonder that every time we walk in there are not that many customers..
