Been a support of this business for years. Last year i received a rushed under cooked pizza and was told the owner was sick and was not amended or refunded. They are supposedly under new owners now. Tonight, one year later I received yet another undercooked pizza. I called the business and was told that “I always complain.” Strange how he knows that even though there is a new staff.. I only had one issue that was still not amended as well as this one. The delivery man went to the wrong address at first and was not even trained to handle a refund on the spot due to a language barrier. Horrible customer service. Will never order here again.

Pizza never disappoints. Can’t speak on anything else because all I order is pizza. I used to order the chocolate cake but I believe they switched vendors. It was different and wasn’t as good so I never ordered it again.

This place used to be good,it’s really gone down hill. My friend and I got pizza and a couple cheese steaks and wings for a Party, we all ended up getting sick from the food. And when we ordered the cashier took so long to get off her phone,then acted like we were a problem for her instead of being treated respectfully. Never going back and I used to actually live above the business, again went from pretty good to please go up to Chestnut hill to Cosimo’s.

My partner talked about this place all the way from NYC. When we visited Philly, it was a must that we had to stopped there. We had the pesto pizza (no longer on the menu but you can still ask for it) and it did not disappoint. The pizza was light & greasy at the same time but it was delicious. If you’re looking for a cheap but good pizza then this is your spot.

Overall, I enjoyed the cheese slice. Medium-thick crust, good flavors overall, but it needs more cheese and sauce to be a great slice. Friendly service. Not the kind of place you want to sit down and dine in. Would try again.

Disgusting we ordered a cheese steak Hoagie plus more food to or order on 11/2/22. We found a hair in the sandwich called to complain was tossed from person to person. Totally RUDE people. No one wanted to hear about the complaint. We stated it was bad customer service they answered back how could it be bad?
